Professional turf installation may include removal or preparation of the existing surface, base construction, compaction, grade adjustments, drainage planning, edge restraint, seam layout, turf orientation, and application-appropriate system components.
There is no responsible universal specification for every property. Higher Ground plans the installation around the site, intended use, adjoining materials, and the requirements of the selected turf system.

Drainage performance depends on the complete installation and the conditions around it. Higher Ground evaluates existing grades, water movement, the prepared base, adjacent patios and pool areas, downspouts or concentrated water sources where relevant, retaining conditions, and landscape transitions.
Artificial turf is not an automatic solution for every wet, shaded, steep, or difficult area. The site still has to support the application.
